Babies are absolutely beautiful. Every stage of their life is amazing. So many times I receive calls from women who want newborn sessions but their baby is already a couple months old. They are worried because they feel it is too late. It’s never too late for a baby photography session. They are awesome at every age. This little one was about 3 months old when we did his session. A photography session can be done in the Richmond Hill studio or in your home. This session was done in the client’s home in Scarborough. This allowed his older brother to be at ease during the session.

Fall is coming. As much as I hate to admit that summer is ending, I am comforted that soon we will have beautiful fall colours. And it looks like this year we might get the fall colours early. During the fall I get a lot of requests for family photos so it is best to book early. This year I’m running a fall special that is an all inclusive digital package.This is a great opportunity to get updated photos of your children and your family. Capturing your baby’s first year is all about capturing milestones. The first session is either a newborn session or up to 3 months. We want to capture that sweet innocent sleeping baby. Awake babies are great too. Each baby is unique and so is there newborn session.
The final session is a 1 year session. During this session we can have all sorts of fun with outfits as well as a cake smash at the end. Also in this session many babies are standing (with or without support) and some are walking.

Such a dedicated brother and new uncle, he called me on route from Montreal to Toronto to purchase a gift certificate for his sister. As I explained to him how personal choosing a photographer is he said that he understood. Little did he or I know that his sister had already found me and love my work but just had not gotten around to booking her newborn session. I love how families can be so connected to each other. During a session I always encourage parents to have photos taken with them and their children. As a mother I don’t often like how I look in photos at the time but the pictures of me with my children are ones that I really treasure. Your children love you and always think you are beautiful and they will also treasure the photos with you and them together.
